What is seating like at Room 623?
Room 623 offers various tiers of seating. We offer Premium Reserved Seating on our Velvet Couch, Chairs, and Loveseat at the very front of our stage. Reserved Seating guarantees you and your party reserved bench and chair seating, with specific assignments made at the discretion of the host. General Admission seating is offered on a first come, first served basis. Our seat map for Wednesdays/Sundays and Thursdays/Fridays can be found below. Saturdays are first come, first serve seating made at the discretion of the host.


How do I get to Room 623?
Room 623 is located in West Harlem at 271 W 119th St, New York, NY 10026 between St. Nicholas Avenue and Frederick Douglass Boulevard.
Room 623 is located in the basement space beneath our sister restaurant,
B2runch Harlem. When you arrive, look for the blue light above our front door…no secret knock, handshake or password needed.
SUBWAY:
Closest subway stops are the 116th Street stop on the A, B, and C lines, and the 116th Street stop on the 2 and 3 lines.
Are there food and drinks served at Room 623?
Yes, light bites and drinks can be ordered at any seat at Room 623. Our menu can be viewed
here. The kitchen is open Tues-Sat until 11pm and Sunday until 8pm. Times are subject to change.
For a full dinner menu, we recommend making a reservation with our sister restaurant, B²runch Harlem, right upstairs from Room 623.
Is there a food/drink minimum?
There is a $20 food and beverage minimum for all shows.
When should I arrive for the show?
Doors for all shows open one hour before the show starts. We ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of each show.
What is your late seating policy?
Once the show begins, if no one from your party is on site after 30 minutes, your tickets and/or seats will be offered to the general public.
What is your age policy?
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to come and enjoy the music at Room 623.
What is the dress code?
Room 623 is a modern day speakeasy with a casual upscale vibe. You're welcome to wear jeans or dress to the 9's, but we kindly ask you to leave any ripped clothing, pajamas and workout clothes at home.
What is your return policy?
Refunds are available up until 24 hours before the event starts.
Do you have a waitlist?
Yes! If a show is sold out, we will have a waitlist in case additional seats open up at the start of the show. You can either join our waitlist online on Eventbrite or at the Room 623 door.
Is Room 623 ADA/handicap accessible?
Room 623 is located in a basement level space within a landmark building and not handicap accessible at the moment. There is a staircase from the street level with about 10 steps leading to our entrance. This is something we are acutely aware of and committed to changing one day.
What is your COVID policy?
Room 623 is committed to creating and maintaining a safe and healthy entertainment space. In compliance with New York City Health Regulations, surgical masks are now requested, not required. See our updated policies

Do you offer any discounts?
As a Room 623 member, you’ll have exclusive access to various discounts, depending on your plan, such as 20% off livestream tickets, complimentary guest passes, and discounts on tickets at the door. You can view all our plans and benefits

For military veterans and families we offer 50% off general admission tickets with valid ID shown at the door.
On Thursdays and Fridays we offer student discounts with a valid ID shown at the door.

Other common problems can also be solved by clearing your cache before logging in. Oftentimes when there is a spinning circle, there is a problem with the user's internet connection.

How can I participate in the jam sessions on Wednesday and Sunday nights?
Anyone is welcome to participate in The Lab Session and The Harlem Jazz Session! There is a house drum kit, keyboard, guitar & bass amp. Instrumentalists are encouraged to bring their own instruments (i.e. guitars & horns). Bass players are generally welcome to use the bass in the house band. Be sure to check the personnel for each show
