For Audio-Video Broadcast, Recording, and Reproduction

This is notification that your performance will be live streamed and posted online in a password required archive for our members. If you agree, this means that your audio/video and visual aids will be made available for a live stream during the performance or on-demand viewing, and the recorded materials will be stored in a long-term archive on the Room 623 website. It does NOT mean that Room 623 is claiming ownership to your content, media, or other intellectual property.



Agreement: I give permission for my presentation to be live streamed and stored in the archive of Room 623’s performances.  I understand that Room 623 has no claim to the content, media or other intellectual property contained in the performance. I have read the choices above and authorize Room 623 to share in the above manners, any and all audio/video recordings of me during this event.
